In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

KYC documents must be submitted in English or Filipino and must be clearly legible. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested by pub477 may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.

4.4 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your pub477 Account. pub477 will treat all instructions received through your Account login credentials as authorised by you. You must notify pub477 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pub477 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pub477 will never ask for your password through any channel — including email, SMS, live chat, or telephone.

• You must not share your Account login credentials with any other person.

• pub477 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pub477 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven, USDT, and Coins.ph, subject to availability and applicable limits. Payment method availability may vary by region and is subject to change.

6.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. • Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

All intellectual property rights in and to the pub477 Platform — including but not limited to the pub477 name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text content, images, and trademarks — are owned by or licensed to pub477 and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pub477 Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the pub477 Platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on pub477's proprietary content.
• Use pub477's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without express written authorisation.
• Frame or embed any part of the pub477 Platform on any other website or application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pub477 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the pub477 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or Account content.
• Damages arising from service interruption, technical failure, or third-party provider downtime.
• Losses resulting from your own breach of these Terms or failure to maintain adequate Account security.
• Outcomes of games or bets, which are determined by fair random processes and are not controllable by pub477.

The pub477 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." pub477 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game content hosted thereon.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pub477's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

pub477 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools and measures to support Members in managing their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may configure session time reminders and automatic logout after a defined period of play.
• Loss Limits: Members may set limits on the amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic notifications of session duration during active play.

• Duplicate account detection.

Upon Account closure, pub477 will process a refund of any remaining verified balance to the Member's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the deduction of any Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements. Balances associated with fraudulent activity may be withheld pending investigation.
